Generally installed between the extruder outlet and the die, it is widely used in the extrusion of polymer such as granulation, film, pipe, plate, sheet and so on. It can also be installed in the pipeline to transport high viscosity and pure materials.
ZB-S, ZB-M, ZB-H and MP-R series melt gear pumps are made of Superalloy steel and powder alloy steel. After high temperature quenching, tempering, conditioning, nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and polishing, the product has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It strengthens the requirement of high torque and low shear of the pump body. The pump body has the characteristics of high gloss. The self-lubricating system and the inlet and outlet runner are optimized, which are more suitable for P. Extrusion of transparent products such as C, PMMA and heat sensitive materials of PVC. The hardness of the product can reach 62-68HRC, which can greatly meet the requirements of customers under different working conditions.
