Batte supplies loss in weight feeder gravimetric system for a Saudi Arabia customer 's 600 KG/ HR twin compounding line. He plans to applied the feeder to Feeding Plastic , CACO3 and TIO2 and then to produce Masterbatch or filler compound.
The Process:
1 - Filler compound with 80 % CACO3 , 18 % polymer and 2 % additive .
2 - White masterbatch with TIO2 range from 20 % to 70 % .
