1. The pump body, and the pump body rear section of the melt pump are preheated.
2. After the temperature of the melt pump reaches the set temperature, remove the cover of the motor fan, turn the fan blade manually to drive the melt pump to rotate. It is normal if there is no jam, no abnormal sound and smooth rotation.
3. Then the automatic knob of the handle is kept in the manual state.
4. Adjust the frequency of the melt pump to about 5Hz and the main engine to about 3Hz. Increase the frequency of the main engine to about 0.5Hz and stop for a while. The inlet pressure changes can be seen from time to time.
5. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, let it stabilize, and then cut it into automatic mode.
6. After the main machine is automatic, slowly increase the frequency of the melt pump pump, about 1Hz at a time, until the feeding of the die is met.
7. During the test run, pay attention to the changes of various parameters. If there is any abnormality, please turn off the automatic control state. Check the causes and eliminate them in time. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to stop the system.
