Double-column backwashing melt filtration screen changer generally consists of screen changer body, plunger, metal filter mesh, porous plate, screen support parts, backwashing body, backwashing plunger, etc. The driving part mostly adopts hydraulic cylinder.
The plastic melt flows through the filter screen on the plunger, the impurities are filtered out by the metal filter screen, the impurities on the filter screen gradually accumulate, and the melt pressure rises. When the melt pressure in front of the net reaches a set value when the backwash plunger in the hydraulic cylinder propulsion downward movement, a small part of the melt backflow. Accumulation of impurities in the screen with the impurities, when the melt flow back to the pre-set moment, backwash plunger in the hydraulic cylinder effect began to move upward, a small portion of the melt flow back to the impurities accumulated in the screen with the impurities, flow back to reach the pre-set moment after the backwash plunger recovery in situ. This completes an active cleaning of the filter process, to complete the purpose of cleaning the filter. The screen can be recycled to greatly extend the time between screen changes, and can be used for long hours of continuous production.
