Stabilizing pressure and flow
Through the principle of positive displacement conveying, it eliminates the pressure pulsation caused by fluctuation of feeding and temperature change of the extruder, and ensures that the melt flow is strictly proportional to the pump speed, so as to realize the minimization of dimensional tolerance of the extruded products (e.g., the thickness deviation of the pipe and plate is reduced by more than 50%).
Pressure boosting and stabilizing
Outlet pressure up to 0-40MPa, inlet pressure adapted to vacuum suction up to 30MPa, to meet the needs of high resistance molds or long process extrusion.
HOMOLIZATION OF MELT
The shear force generated by gear rotation improves melt homogeneity, reduces unmelted particles or gel spots, and enhances product surface quality.
Reduce Extruder Load
Transferring the extruder's depressurization function to the melt pump allows the screw to work at low pressure and low temperature (≤350°C), reducing leakage and extending equipment life.
