Biodegradable melt pump is used in conjunction with reaction kettle for PLA (polylactic acid) melt conveying and metering; PLA kettle bottom pump adopts large flange design of suction port, which is able to complete the polymer material conveying under the condition of vacuum reaction.PLA resin is also called polylactic acid, which is polyester polymer obtained by polymerization of lactic acid as the main raw material.
Features of biodegradable melt pump
1、Small pressure flow pulsation, can realize the flow of nearly linear output, easy to control.
2、PLA kettle bottom pump has good self-priming performance and can be applied to the working condition where the inlet is vacuum (-0.05~-0.09MPa).
